We strongly believe that all data you store on our service should be encrypted with a strong encryption type. We do not encrypt data by default. Encryption within the Browser is your responsibility
It is your responsibility to keep all access information private and to store any relavent access information, which includes your encryption or access key in a secure place, away from public access. If you lose your key we will have no way of recovering the unencrypted data. We will however have your stored encrypted information.
By using our services you agree to abide by the laws of South Africa and all international laws relating to the acceptable storage and distribution of data.
You may only store legal content that you fully own on our service. As an example: You may not backup or store cracked software, illegal or legal pornography, PCI data which does not comply with the governing rules. Copyright material where you are not the copyright holder.
You fully accept all risks associated with the use of our service.
By storing files and data with ArmerTech, you state that you have all the necessary rights for that data, to move, use, store, or make it publicly available. You warrant that there will be no conflict with any third parties rights, copyrights or license agreements. You agree that your data does not violate any laws, regulations or any specified terms of service.
All the personally identifiable information you provide to us is accurate and true.
You will provide full access to the legal owner of the data you store with us. You will not keep access away from the true owner. For example; a sysadmin stored data for their employer. The sysadmin should make all access information available to their employer.

The quality or our service and infrastructure is of utmost importance, we therefore reserve rights. We may at any time and at our sole discretion: limit access to, or terminate an account which we deem to be unlawful, detrimental to our service integrity, has gone unpaid past due date or violates our terms and conditions. ArmerTech is not liable for any damages that may results from our actions.
We take your privacy very seriously, we do not record any personally identifiable information. We will however in the even of a court order; make any information that we MAY have available to the appropriate law enforcements. We only allow all clients to store their data with us in an encrypted form so that it is not readable and restricts the requirement or data filtering should these laws come into being. User Encryption occurs automatically when you use this service at armertech.net
Our services are built with security in mind
All correspondence will be made via email. Your Payment status will be available when you login for your review and payment. It is your responsibility to ensure all invoices are paid before the due date, allowing an additional 7 days for your payment to reflect on time. We provide payment through EFT or Bank Card. Should you require an alternative payment method this must be arranged before you make use of our services. Should you require an invoice you may email us from the website.
Only persons older than 13 may make use of our services.
Should you be storing data on behalf of an organisation or business. You are required to adhere to all your organisations internal processes and access control guidelines. Should more than one individual have access to the service, each ones' actions may effect the other users data. This should be considered. Separate accounts may be needed to further isolate access if this is needed within your organisation.
You may cancel the service with us at any time. All cancellations are processed immediately. All data stored on our services will be irrevocably removed. Cancellation is permanent and any stored data can not be rolled back or recovered. We do however delay terminations in some cases for a few days from the clients cancellation to help our clients should they wish to recover a cancelled account. There is no guarantee.
ArmerTech provides the service with no warranties or claims of suitability be it express or implied. ArmerTech disclaims all warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, ArmerTech shall not be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (1) your access to, use of, inability to access, or inability to use ArmerTech; (2) any third party conduct or content on ArmerTech, including any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of third parties; or (3) any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your content.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ArmerTech from and against all liabilities, damages, and costs arising out of any claim by a third party against ArmerTech and its affiliates regarding (1) data stored with us by you or your users, (2) your buckets, or (3) your or your users’ use of ArmerTech in violation of these terms.
These terms and conditions may be updated form time to time. Please be sure to review our terms and conditions on this page periodically. If any changes are made to our terms and conditions, that we feel will adversely effect your rights, we will notify you of such change when you login.By using ArmerTechs services, you agree to abide by our terms and conditions.
We aim to resolve disputes as quickly and as fairly as possible. However should any issue require legal review or arbitration, this must be done in the city of ArmerTech's choosing. All disputes which the complainant and defendant can not resolve must be referred to the Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa: AFSA, Where an independent arbitrator will hear the case and pass a binding judgement for the resolution of the dispute.
